LSS Black Belt for Universities

Black Belts are on-site implementation experts with the skills needed to develop, coach, and lead process improvement teams.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program enables participants to:

1. Develop, coach, and lead process improvement teams and Leadership Champions.
2. Mentor and advise management on prioritizing, planning, and launching Lean Six Sigma.
3. Use, teach, and disseminate Lean Six Sigma tools and methods to Green Belts and team members.

Course Duration:

• 30 hours of self-paced learning
• 8 hours of Recorded Webinars with a certified Juran Expert
• Up to 8 hours of Coaching
