IMPRO Skills Assessment and Gap Closure Program

To identify an individual's gaps compared to the Juran Quality Body of Knowledge, the first step in this program is to complete the assessment. The assessment contains an online assessment of 70 questions, and an interview with a Juran MBB. Following the assessment, the individual will receive a report of where their gaps are compared to the Juran Quality Body of Knowledge in the following seven (7) categories: Quality Theory, Critical Thinking, Process Control, Problem Solving, Teamwork and Coaching, Statistics, and Assessment/Auditing.

Based on the competency and skills assessment, Juran will develop a learning plan that incorporates each of the seven (7 categories) to help the individual close their gaps. 

The learning plan will be built on Juran's learning platform, IMPRO. The IMPRO learning platform contains over a hundred different courses, over 1,000 articles, and 24/7 access to our in-house experts.

By the end of this learning experience, the individual should be confident in their ability to lead the quality efforts in their business by applying new skills that enable their processes to be predictable and reliable at producing superior quality.
